Open-style has been the preferred design of the forging industry for nearly 50 years. Most coils can be converted to it — including cast block.

When a coil arrives at our facility, it undergoes a failure and design analysis. These analyses result in a longer service life. Complete line design analysis is available on request.

We have an exclusive design review software program that compares alternative coil designs for your line — ours or anyone else's. It also produces a kWh/ton chart comparison, so alternative coil sizes can be reviewed as an investment rather than a guess.
